Handling & Delivery Times

Palm Living has partnered up with DPP and Pallex to ensure the best and fastest delivery possible. On average it takes 48 hours to dispatch your small- medium items and 72 hours for larger items.

Parcels

Our parcel services will be a standard delivery, approximately taking between 3-7 working days.

Some parcels may or may not require a signature upon receiving the goods.

Pallets

Our larger products may qualify for a pallet service delivery.

The customer is responsible of the removal and disposal of the pallet and any protective wrapping.

Tracking Numbers

We can supply the tracking number upon request once we have dispatched your order.

 By default, we do not send out tracking numbers automatically, to receive a tracking number please email sales@palmliving.co.uk.

Additional Charges

All our items include Free UK Mainland Shipping. (Scotland, Ireland and the Channel Islands will incur additional charges).
