Returns and Refunds Policy

We hope you’re happy with your Palm Living purchase, however if you decide it isn’t right for you, you can return or exchange unwanted items.

  • Unwanted items must be returned in a fully re-saleable condition, which includes being in the original, unmarked and undamaged packaging within 28 days of purchase.
  • Items must not have been used or assembled in any way.
  • Returns cannot be accepted once the assembly process has begun.
  • We are unable to accept responsibility for returned items lost or damaged in transit so please ensure your item is fully wrapped/ protected.
  • Returned items will be inspected and a refund will be issued within 5 working days, please note it can take up to 14 days for the refund to clear in your account.
  • We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the above conditions have not been met. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Sending your parcel back

 

To arrange a return please email help@palmliving.co.uk with your full name, address and item description, we will then arrange a suitable return for your item.

  • Parcel or small items:We use a 3rd party parcel service to collect your item, you will not need a label as the courier will bring one OR we will email you return label as a PDF.
  • Pallet or larger items: We will arrange a suitable collection, no returns label necessary.

The cost of returns for any unwanted items must be covered by the customer.
